STARSHIP STRUCTURES DESIGN INTERN, SPACEX
Design, drafted, and managed engineering release for hundreds of sheet metal/machined flight and ground support components for Starship and Booster using Siemans NX and Teamcenter
Took charge of reducing unique part count in Booster chine assemblies by over a dozen
Owned design and CAD of a test qualification load head
Managed and regularly updated Booster 10 barrel and stack assembly drawings
Summer 2021
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING INTERN, TRIUMPH GROUP INC
Coordinated with 2 test technicians and 3 engineers to conduct testing and troubleshooting of experimental afterburner pumps for next generation military jet engines
Analyzed over 200 gigabytes of test data to diagnose sources of failure
Wrote assembly instructions and test plans for use by test engineers and technicians
Created new tools for assembly to aid technicians and cut fuel pump build times by 2 hours

Improved speed and reliability of automated quality inspection machines by implementing deep learning vision systems to identify surface defects of fine blanked automotive parts
